About

Homegrown is the UK’s first crowdfunding platform to specialise in property development investment. Members have the opportunity to invest in exceptional development projects by established developers with a proven track record. Our platform offers all types of investor the opportunity to invest, whether £500 or £500,000; in return for a share of any development profits.

This means that members now have access to large-scale property development projects, at a low entry price, with hassle-free management and have the potential to make returns generated from construction, rather than speculating on future house price growth. These opportunities were previously only available to professional investors.

Homegrown is an independent, FCA regulated platform which offers pre-vetted investment opportunities in residential and mixed-use developments, in areas with a high demand for housing, predominately in London and the South-East.

Only projects that meet our strict investment criteria are made available on the platform. To date we have helped fund projects with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of over £130 million.

Homegrown – intelligent property investment.
