About

Money & Co are a peer to peer lending platform that offer business loans from £50k up to £3m and the usual loan terms are between 1 and 5 years.

Invest in individual businesses via the Money & Co auction. Decide which borrowers you like and place a bid. You can bid to lend as little as £10 per loan until the auction closes. Prudent lenders will lend small amounts to several companies to spread risk. After the auction closes and the borrower gets the funds, monthly payments will begin. We distribute these payments to you, the lenders.

There is a charge of 1% per annum on all the amounts that you lend. This will be deducted from the interest and capital repayments that you will receive monthly. Thus, the amounts that you will receive will be net of fees.

You're able to sell your live loan parts if you can find a buyer in the loan market and the loans have a perfect repayment history. If your loans have had one or more repayments missed, you will not be able to sell them.

How do they charge?
