This structure takes the hassle, risk, and long-term obligation out of investing in a tangible and secure asset class.

Property Crowd is an Appointed Representative of Gallium Fund Solutions, who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Gallium has launched over 100 funds with gross assets of over £14 billion, investing primarily in real estate assets worldwide. Property Crowd adheres to Gallium’s strict compliance procedures.

How do they charge?


The price displayed for each investment includes legal fees, purchase taxes, and any other transaction costs particular to that investment.

We only target high-yielding city centre real estate.

You keep 100% of the net rental income.

We charge a small intermediary’s commission for each investment and this is included in the purchase price, which includes all transaction costs.

We will then manage the investment on behalf of Property Crowd members.

There is a defined exit plan for each property in your portfolio – typically 4-5 years after purchase.

Upon sale, you receive your invested funds as well as 50% of any capital gains
