Capital Rise is offering lenders easy access to property investment opportunities with high returns. Investors can lend their funds directly to property developers from £1,000 and the company has a proven asset class, which they claim has delivered consistent results. Lenders will receive regular updates on the performance of their investments and at the end of the term, they will have the choice of having their principal and interest returned, or reinvested in other opportunities.
